From the package to the batch behind it.
Give shoppers a direct path to published laboratory evidence. Connect your packaging to results that show the product, reported batch, test date, and source certificate.
Start with a brand application. We review your testing program and follow up by email about setup and an agreement tailored to your brand.
Make the batch easy to check.
A QR code is the entry point. The useful part is the record it opens: which product was tested, which lot the report covers, and what the laboratory reported. Shoppers should be able to compare the lot on their package with the lot on the record.
How to get started
- 01
Publish the relevant record
Review and approve the laboratory results for the product and batch before linking packaging to them.
- 02
Choose the destination
Use a batch-specific destination where appropriate. For product-level destinations, make sure shoppers can identify the report that matches their lot.
- 03
Verify before printing
Scan the final artwork on a phone, check the destination and lot details, and confirm that the source report opens.
Before you publish
- Does scanning prove that my unit was tested?
- No. A report describes the referenced sample and batch. Shoppers should match the package lot to the record, and results may not represent other batches.
- Can I use GS1 Digital Link?
- LabTested has a GS1 Digital Link workflow for product identifiers and packaging scans. See the GS1 Digital Link guide for the supported approach.
- What should I check before a packaging run?
- Check scan readability, the public destination, the product and lot information, and access to the source report using the final print artwork.
